Randstad’s Business Support division is seeking a part time and full time Team Assistant to support our client's Inner Brisbane Offices. This position is ideally suited to an Office Allrounder with administrative experience in a Civil Construction or Engineering company.
As the Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with a range of organisational tasks.
You have experience as an administrator within a Civil Construction or Engineering firm and possess strong organisational skills. You thrive in a busy office environment, have a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities that enable you to support the team effectively. You’re not deterred by basic tasks and are happy to switch between onboarding new hires, facilitating safety training, and packing the dishwasher, and have a motivated, team player mindset!
